[The arm-touch is a decent start -- then again, touching at all is a decent enough start. He's just about to imply as much when Predaking leans in and starts to work on his neck, and his optics flare in surprise.

He punctuates it with a little noise, reaching up to take hold of Predaking's arms and craning his neck to let the other have free reign. A very good start.]

[Taking that as a sign to keep going, his teeth drag carefully against Cyclonus' neck cables, working his tongue over the spots he accidentally punctures almost apologetically. A low growl starts to bubble in his chest as his clawed hands drag down the others sides, finding his hips and easily clasping there, tugging the other closer as he can rock their hips together.]

[Not bad, for someone unfamiliar with this method.

He hesitantly puts himself in a much more passive role, letting himself be touched and pulled about, simply wrapping his own arms around Predaking the best way he can in spite of his core temperature starting to rise. The mixture of pain from teeth biting against his neck and the almost soothing gesture of a tongue licking over any wounds he makes draws out a simple groan.
