Jeff was the team leader. Ginger was the friendly flirt. Rocky was the tough guy with the heart of gold. Kirk was the intuitive squad leader.
It was a lot and he wasn't going to remember every little detail but he had least had a good basis to go by to start. He'd remember names, if nothing else, and that would be enough to help him through the initial introductions. "I promise I won't get too overwhelmed. It might just take me a little bit to get everything down," he admitted with a sheepish smile. "Meeting the team leader first, then to the med bay. Then we meet the commander. That's easy enough though." A little terrifying, he couldn't help but feel that way, but he would deal with it. Lisa was putting a lot on the line for him and he wasn't about to do anything to jeopardize that. The mention of a hot meal and a warm bed helps him relax a bit, Kuron nodding as he goes quiet while she maneuvers the ship into the port and gets everything settled for the end of flight check.
He's in the process of undoing his harness when she glances at him, a bit of that hard edge still there that Kuron's come to recognize as Lisa's determined 'I mean it' look.
"I will," he promised before letting out a breathy laugh as he made to stand. "Finders keepers huh?" he teased, shaking his head in amusement. "Good to know I've got one of the toughest women around on my side at least."
