She realized her mistake the second he hesitated and her eyes went wide and then flinched down a little. A name. She'd asked him for a name - and he was clone. What if they hadn't been given names? And she'd just reminded him of it. Her fingers curled inward and she took a step forward, ready to apologize -

when he gave her his name.

"Oh." Surprise but mostly relief that she hadn't done something unintentionally hurtful and her smile came back again, apologetic. Knowing she'd misstepped one way or the other with her question.

"It's nice to meet you, Kuron." A few steps back to join him, not sure how steady on his feet he'd be considering and willing to offer a shoulder but not wanting to assume. He wasn't fond of touch, she thought. She'd picked up that much.
