"I was going..." To tell you. Honest, for real, absolutely Yuuri! That sounded awful after the fact. Yuuri would never know for sure if that was Victor's plan. It was, but there would be no confirmation. Yuuri would only know that Victor had kept it from him this long, had lied by omission.
